This includes period problems, puberty-related concerns, PMS or PMDD, perimenopause symptoms, hormonal discussions, and emotional or behavioural changes in tweens. Pap smear will be performed if required.

A consultation suitable for general medical concerns, and straightforward issues.

This includes acute illnesses, contraception reviews, and routine care.

A consultation for review of results, treatment follow-up, and ongoing management. These are shorter, focused consultations and can be done in person or via Telehealth where appropriate.

This appointment includes a detailed medical history, discussion of symptoms and staging, and guidance on management options. We guide women through tailored treatment plans and our clinical 8 - week acute phase program, combining hands- on manual therapy, lifestyle support and home strategies to help reduce symptoms and improve quality of life.
